Shelly Hull - Soundbath Breakout
Hi, I am Shelly Hull. I lead individuals and teams, encouraging them to cultivate resilience, focus, and well-being through the science and practice of meditation, breathwork, and sound immersion.
By guiding people into states of heart coherence and mental clarity, they are able to navigate stress, unlock creativity, and sustain greater balance in both work and life. I create experiences that nurture inner peace, expand awareness, and support personal transformation.…with love.

Emma Hagemier - Calm Connections Breakout
I am happily retired and have called Westfield home since July 2024. From the moment we stepped into our house, I knew this was the community where I belonged.
I love cooking, reading historical fiction, and enjoying a good glass of wine, but my true passion is connecting women and building community. Hosting Calm Connections gives me the opportunity to do what I love most—create a space where women can come together, share meaningful conversations, and support one another.
My hope is that you leave this session not just with new contacts, but with genuine connections and friendships that bring more peace and belonging into your life.

Marlas Robrock - Yoga Breakout
I am Marlas Robrock, a Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach. I have nearly 800 hours of training and 15 years of experience. I fell out of many poses but deeply in love with yoga, personally, many years ago. I started teaching and mentoring in Ft Wayne where I raised my family. I taught and mentored with an amazing group of teachers before opening two studios on my own in Ft Wayne. I am always amazed by the results and stories of individuals that experience the practice, peace and healing of yoga and I continue to find so much joy leading and sharing yoga. I delight in teaching beginners, all-levels and restorative sessions. My passions are power vinyasa and pre-natal yogas.
With the mindset that yoga is a combination of body, mind and spirit wellness, I also introduced a retail line of clean, hand-poured body products including soaps, scrubs, lotions, lip balms, glycerin oil spritzes and candles. The line is Coconut Soul, as coconut oil or coconut wax are included in 90% of the products.
I have two wonderful children, a daughter and a son, that are now married and have blessed me with their spouses as well as three sweet grand-babies. I followed them to the Carmel/Westfield area 7 years ago and stepped back into the corporate world for work/life balance. You’ll find me teaching yoga for cause at Carmel Peace Water on Monday evenings, or I’m available for private groups. You can message me on Instagram
